The good news is that the Moab City Planning Commission voted unanimously on April 10 to approve the Cisco Hotel’s proposed move five blocks east.

The bad news is that it may not matter. Snow is melting fast near Salt Lake City, where the house moving people are located. Consequently, their schedule is now full and will be into May.

The obvious next worry is whether the developers of the new Cisco Condos will extend the deadline for construction (and the Cisco’s destruction).

They are out of town, as will I be until April 21.

Please check back, as there will be more news by then.
